Notes
I was gonna ride today( even though my plan said run 5) I felt very unmotivated, I road to Triathletics and ended up drinking coffee and just hanging out. I finally road home. Then a couple hours later I decided to do P90X Cardio. After 30 minutes of that I wanted to run. So I grabbed Daisy and my light and hit the road. The first mile was kinda slow. Then we kicked it up a notch. Im surprised at how fast the run was. I felt like I was pushing it for a little but overall I didnt push to hard. But for me the pace was fast. alot faster than I expected. Good run.

Im heavier than Ive been in 15 years. 164 lbs. But I feel strong.
