Rec plex Triathlon. I thought I could average 21 miles and hr or faster, but the wind had different ideas. Still this was my fastest bike ever. The swim really took it out of me. I was really antiaerobic coming out of the water I thought I was gonna pass out. Fun, fun!!! I really need a lot of work on the swim
