ACHE mile. P-W track, anticlimactic race. rained out on Fri. evening. Rescheduled to Sunday am (no bike race). Fran arrived with a swollen knee, almost didn't come, and decided to run slow. I had sore foot/heel from softball - hurt a little before, a lot after the race. Ran hard for 3/4, eased up, finished strong. Teams: Fran 50, TJ 55
