Ran 28 at 5.4 mph, walked 1 at 4mph, then ran 1:39 at 6mph so I could finish at an even 2.75 miles.
Felt good all the way around, once I was done I realized how much I was sweating, and it was a little difficult to breath. Touch of asthma. Took the inhaler and now feel fine. I think I did well because I was motivated to make the 28 minutes without stopping and because I had eaten about an hour ahead of time.
