Felt tough tonight!

Had no energy. . .had to grab some snacks midway through the run to keep going.

Was supposed to run 7, only ran 5. Not a total loss.

Ate today: egg/sausage bagel, half a tuna sub, a chicken/squash dinner, and a small bowl of cereal. Gave me ZERO energy!

Felt better around mile 5, but had no heart for it.
