I planned to run 10 miles, but I had significant pain in both heels and ankles, plus some minor hip flexor pain in my right leg. When I increased the pace, my hip flexor pain disappeared. (I am running too slow for my hips!) I have had my feet go to sleep in this pair of shoes, and I had to stop today to massage my feet - I think this pair of shoes is past its limit.
