About me:
Started running again in 2000 after putting on a few pounds since H.S. x-country. Been active all my life but not much time until the 4 kids grew up and went out on their own. Volunteer firefighter for 30 yrs and running keeps me in shape to be able to continue to do this. Enjoy flying (private pilot), boating, golfing and chasing
my grandsons around. |
Why do I run:
I run because I have become addicted and I enjoy seeing how far I can push my body. |
