Notes
A hot and humid one for sure. Journeyed out with Arlene for this one. Hillier course than I remembered. Open stretches made it very hott at times and ran in traffic on open roads. Not too cool. Extra aid stations were added b/c of the heat. Tried to run hard as a solid 15K but couldn't quite make it. Used the rest as a training run. Walked some of the hills to regroup. Beastly hot in the end.
