Ran down to the dam to do my 6 hill reps. HR maxed out at 158, but didn't push the pace uphill. Let the HR increase naturally. Final miles were 8:43 (HR 146), 8:50 (HR 147). 8:28 (HR 150). Finished off a nice run with 5 minutes of striders.
