Hot, hot, hot run! Whew! Late start b/c Hudson Mills was flooded. Did a 30 min w/u there. Run at Kensington was awesome. Started out about 10's and then tried to maintain 9:20 average the last 5 miles. Dropped to 8:36 (HR 159) for the last mile. Saw some Hansen Girls. Scheisse.
