Ugh. Wanted to do this workout on Thursday but couldn't. So, here goes. All mileage done on the track. Watch went wonky so time is probably off a bit.
Warmup 2 easy miles. 4 x 800 meters. 800 m run/walk after each rep. Cooldown 3 easy miles. Goal is 3:40/800m
In short, the w/u and c/d were fine. The intervals become more and more difficult as each one progressed. The heat played a big factor in the session. First two were spot on. The last two were on the other side of the goal time. Could have probably hydrated a bit more in between intervals 2 and 3 and 3 and 4. Was more than happy to be done with the session but am eager to get back to it next week. Sick.
