Interval #3 workout with Bill. Cloudy cooler day but still humid. Really really struggled with all sets. Not exactly happy but I could just be tired still from the 5K on Sunday.

Never hit the 3:40 mark. Was waaaaay off on the first set but Very consistent for the remaining 4. Perhaps the w/up was too short. Feel like I should do one more session next week to redeem myself.
