Ratz. Wanted this leg to be much, much faster. Not sure why I poked around at an 8:30 average. Had Bob as a pacer and did pick up one team spot, but could not push it in the end. No speed though had Bob calling out the remaining distance. No rain at all after the 2nd leg, so not an issue. This leg had 4 wooden walkovers that were a bit slick b/c of the rain. Did not fall in spite of the trail being somewhat rooty. Perhaps I'm hesitant to run fast for fear of eating dirt.
