Awesome morning for the tack. Missed out last week b/c on the road.
2 Mile warmup
Rep 1 3:34 (little fast!)
Rep 2 3:42 (little slow)
Rep 3 3:37 (better!)
Rep 4 3:36 (dang)
Rep 5 3:36 (ditto)
.5 mile cooldown.
From the workout 2 weeks ago, I could not hit 3:40 once. This round I was under most of the time. A good sign, I hope. The weather was a bit cooler but still humid. Perhaps the cooler temps are aiding in achieving the time more easily.
