Notes

Very humid morning. Took advantage of the humidity and loose legs to attack the "hill". About 1.5 miles to the hill itself. Did 5 reps total, progressively getting faster to my marked target. Felt good but tiring. Very similary to a 5k feel, but not this past Sunday's race. Which makes me think I only ran about 85%. Boo to me. Awesome workout though.
