Tiny local race that was very no frills. Very good police support. Great price for last minute entry. No HR data. Fail. Very warm morning. Paced myself better overall than the Father's Day 5k in Plymouth. Felt the stomach more due to the push in the last mile. 1st Master. Still lacking speed.
