Very warm day with relentless sun. Ran with Arlene and Alexis, but Arlene dropped back after awhile. Did Broadway Hill twice. Hydrated throughout run and Gu'ed only once. Felt warm at the end (nearing 85*) but not completely depleted. Good balance of nutrition and hydration pre run and during.
