track workout at moline. 6x1000 at 3:15 with 2 min jog between reps. i dont really know what happened. i didnt really feel that good the whole day even though ive been getting a lot of sleep and have been eating right. it was hotter today than it has been since the fall. after the first one i started breathing really hard and started weezing. i did a couple more but my breathing was terrible so i had to stop. i hate missing workouts and dont know why this keeps happening. it happened all of last track season too, but never in a race.
