pretty good workout today. second workout of the season. i wasnt sure if my hamstring would be sore or not from yesterday, but it turned out to be fine. i also had the retreat today and i ate 7 pieces of happy joes, but luckily i didnt fell that until the cooldown. my workout was: 3x2miles at 5:50. me and will had the same pace and when stuck together the whole time. the first one we went out in 5:43 so we werent too much under. the second one we went out in 5:27 so we were able to cruise into the finish. the last one we went through in 5:23ish and we finished solid. all in all, i felt pretty solid. i didnt feel too fatigued, but unfortunately i could tell that my leg was tightening/becoming sore on the last one. it didnt slow me down, but it was noticeable
