Married, 2 kids Used to run a lot when i was in the Marines our 3 mile PFT i ran in about 17 flat, but many years of no running had slowed that a lot. Just trying to get back in my fighting shape weight of about 185 to 189 |
Why do I run:
To stay in shape and a stress release, don't get to ride my Motorcycle as much now and I need something to unwind from work. Running gives me time to get out and think/relax |
