Took this easy. I was going to go farther but I decided against it because of soccer tonight and the ability to run outside tomorrow. Afterwards I tried lifting. The bench and anything that involves pushing on the palm of my hand still hurts, but I was able to do some rows and push ups and situps. I'm going to keep trying everyday, in the hopes that it will strengthen my hand.
