Notes
I had a soccer game and the person I carpool with had one before as well. So while they played I got bored and eventually ran around the track. I brought running shoes but ran barefoot. That was fine for the slow laps, but I ripped up my feet a little doing some speed work. I ran a 400 and a 200. The 400 was 76 and the 200 was 37.
Also I played soccer afterwards.
