Notes
Today I felt a lot more. I think the high humidity and heat. Also went kind of slow on the trails, as I was more exploring. I usually prefer to just go on trails and poke around. But with running at work I was just super worried about getting lost the whole time, so stopping to look at my phone pretty frequently.
The shower floor at work is a little gross, so think I'll be looking into some shower shoes, college style.
