Good workout. I thought it was going to be awful. 4 800s at mile goal pace and 4 200s at 30s. Ended up hitting pretty consistent, with a goal pace of 440, which is a reasonable goal. Ran with Duffty, although he was beating me on most of the 8s. Shoes are still doing good on day 3. Too much stuff to do. Need to work on mqp now.
