Pretty happy with this run. The first mile is on the road and the last 3/4, but the rest is on trails. I had my phone with me so I wouldn't get lost this time, but I ended up stopping a lot to make sure I was going in the right direction.
Because these are all very switchback-y I don't really trust my gps on distance, and therefore the speed. My old way was to add a minute per mile for trails. So that would put this run at closer to 7 miles. Looking at the map compared to the trail map, I can believe that. With the heat I'll probably run this again this week.
