Not sure on the distance here. Ran with Stella. I ran to old woodhill road, about a mile on the road, then circled down that trail to the dog park. I stopped at the dog park with stella for maybe 5 minutes. Then I got cold so I went out again. Ran the bald hill side of the trails. I was trying not to push Stella too hard.
Stella had a lot of fun at the dog park, running around and sniffing other dogs butts. She ran up to a bunch of people too. I think it was a positive experiment. This will probably be my training run for Stella that I do every week.
