Notes

The first and last mile were at 720 pace, and the middle two were between that and 640ish. I ran at planet fitness with Nikki, because she thought it was too slow outside. She was running 2, so I ran 4. I felt like crap, probably because I hadn't eaten and was a little dehydrated. Still planet fitness was nice, lot of treadmills. Kind of annoying to run without music, but I got to people watch, which is better than staring at my basement wall.

In the future I'll run on her longer days, so I can do longer than 30 minutes. I imagine i will sweat a lot though, as I was just starting to at 4. So that could be gross.

Kind of blew it last week. I'm going to ignore that though. My bad.
