3 mile repeats at 630 pace with 400 meters rest.
I felt pretty good at this workout, probably because i took so long off. The point of this workout was to get used to some higher distance intervals. I'm trying to kind of slowly go into workouts. It was a broken up 5k though and I think I did pretty decent considering I'm somewhat out of shape. The first interval was too fast, but on all of them I was very consistent on my 400 meter splits.
I had to pee during the second rest, so went under the bleachers there.
