Notes

First run in a while. Going to try and run every day for 2 weeks to kind of trick me into getting back into it. Definitely going to always run at lunch time at work, as I don't want to miss out on Caroline time afterwork.

Felt pretty good today. Was actively trying to go slow, as I know I'm a pace pusher and that is part of why I keep burning out and stop running.
