I think Waffle did pretty well on this run. The vet said to train him up slowly, so I'm starting real low. He should also learn better leash awareness, and just better walking. For this run there was probably a stop every 200 meters to fix a tangled leash or get him to stay on my left. But repetition should get this.
I'm switching back to runningahead. I don't think strava keeps great records, so other than the social aspect I am not a huge fan. Also, it automatically updates, so I will still have that. I'll just use this for writing out stuff and tracking shoe usage.
