Notes
The time was right around there. I'll upload from my watch later. I went out fine for the first 17 or so miles, a bit too fast though. Then I died. So all in all not a great race, and I didn't qualify for next year, but I'm not too broken up about the actual run. I'm more freaked out by everything else. Just awful and extremely scary. If I was slightly slower, my family very easily could have been standing there. Just freaky to think that something like that could happen in a place where you just were. Obviously it is extremely sad.
Running wise, I'm taking a day off and then getting back into to train for RTB.
