Ran coaches 10k today. Felt good although I started coughing a lot. Took off last week and most of this week because I have been fairly sick. Still am somewhat sick. Also, looking back at the calendar, I'm guessing I forgot to input a couple days. I'm going to just ignore those and try to get everyday from now on. I'm glad that indoor track is over but mad at how bad I did. It's been three years and I haven't really improved. Hopefully I'll get a lot better in outdoor.
