tempo on mill st. with todd and gabe. Ran 4 miles tempo. I think our 4 mile tempo ended up being 540ish pace, but I'm not positive. I'll wait until gabe puts it up, but he might not. He hasn't put anything up for a week. Don't think I ran on the wednesday but I'm not positive.
