Was supposed to be cutdowns at the end but I ended up kind of keeping it constant. I am definately getting faster at these quicker workouts, but I would like to actually hit the paces, or close to the paces, that are given. Getting better is better than getting worse. Ran with duffty and he ran the workout very well. I ran the first 200's fast, but couldn't hold it for the second 200. I should be able to.
