Didn't time this. I felt really good during this run. It was a little hot, but cooler then it has been. I ran around 530, which meant a lot of cars on the road. I probably should avoid this run during rush hour, as river road, fiske, and 133 are kind of busy. Still felt great though. Definitely going to try and do some kind of a hill workout tomorrow after my run with Nikki.
