Notes
Nice run. Had to drive my sister back to camp today, so 2hours there and 2 hours back takes a big chunk of day. I wanted to run earlier, but I forgot that all my clothes were in the wash. So I got home around 730 and ran. Timing worked out perfectly, with me coming back just as it got dark. Didn't get to run with my dog today, but I wanted to give her at least once a week off anyway. Besides which, 3 miles a day adds 21 miles to my week, which is a bit much, even if it is slightly slower.
