First day back. Now I have to try to run everyday. I know if I miss one, I'll probably start missing them again. Felt good. Probably going to buy new shoes this weekend, as these have almost 400. I have been playing soccer on sundays and hockey some other time, so I wouldn't say I lost all of my shape. Watched two seinfelds, which is how I picked the distance, the junior mint, and the smelly car. Glad to be back running. My new plan, since I'm not running anything until boston, is to try to break 15 in the 5k. Personally I have my doubts whether I can do it, but I'm putting them aside and going for it. For the next month or two I'm going to build up distance. No rush. I'm going to have to run on the treadmill a lot, but I'm also going to try to start, next week, going in to work earlier so I can get out around 3ish. I feel like I could then run and it wouldn't get dark. I miss streetlights a lot. Monday I'm going to try to run in worcester.
