Didn't time this, but I would guess it is over 7. I ran the woodhill trails, which I figure are around 6 based on past runs. Then I ran down high plain to see if the construction would allow me to run by tomorrow. It looks like I could easily get by. So that is good. Really annoying that the whole street is closed down, but what can I do. Fairly successful day, I would guess this is closer to 8 so that puts me around 10 for the day.
