I ran this workout by myself in Elm. Some lady and her kid were feeding geese over after the quarter and they really pissed me off and slowed me down. The first halfs of the halfs were, 81,80,77,76,76,77. Generally I pick up on the second half but I basically had to walk around the geese. Finally, on the third one I fell down. Maybe it was the pain, maybe the frustration, or maybe it was the sneaking suspicion that the kid was feeding the geese as he saw me approaching on purpose, but I snapped and might have swore at the mom and kid while I was getting up. Although I feel bad about that, it worked. On the next interval they were gone. Unfortunately the aftermath was still there, meaning the geese. By the last one they were all cleared out, so I don't know what happened to me on that one. I think the geese slowed me down a lot on the first five though. The last one I was just tired. Also, I mapped out my cooldown and it is very cool that WPI now has roads on the map.
