Got to update this with my watch later tonight after soccer, but I figured I'd put in this run before I forget. Felt good. Wanted to run longer, and was and am feeling fine, but I've got soccer so I had to stop to eat and hydrate a little. Started at 730 for 4, then went to 710, then 650 at mile 9.
