Ran the workout by myself and it was really windy. All in all, I don't think I did half bad. My middle two 800s were off by a fair amount, but the other two were almost on pace. It was supposed to be 5k date pace, which for me would be like 230-240. The 300s were right on, although i went too fast for the second one so i didn't cut down perfectly. Pretty close though. Running by myself every tuesday could even turn out to be good for me, who knows.
