Notes
This run went pretty well. Ran with Mccann and Gabe, and the pace was a little quick for me. My achilles was pretty tight on the uphills for the last two or so miles, so when they added on I did not.
Shoes wise I probably shouldn't have worn the wear testers. They aren't really for roads. That may have contributed to my heel issues. With two hockey games this week I don't really have a lot of running days to work with though, so just figured I might as well wear them to get some miles on. I'm not a huge fan of these shoes anymore. Because the shoes are kind of elastic-y my foot moves around more than I would like. The laces similarly loosen every couple miles.
