Notes
Ran this race with Buck. Waffle is still not great at running, so he stayed at the start with Ruby who was volunteering. I kind of stuck to Buck's pace. So went out a little fast and than gradually slowed down throughout the run. I didn't use my watch on this run because I didn't want to be thinking about time or pacing too much and end up dragging a dog.
It was two loops on the river. It was also strangely hot and humid and kind of uncomfortable for running.
