Notes

Took off yesterday, not because I was sore (although I was) but because I was really tired. I think it was the long day on sunday. Only slept like 4 hours, and then was up until about 12 because of hockey. Anyway, felt sickly all day. Todays run went well, although I drank too much and so had to stop to pee three times. Need to cut that down a bit. Going to try and double the rest of the week. I need a solid month of good training. I still have time to improve my condition, but I need to not have another week like last week. It's going to be hard, because i just got a book in the mail.
