felt pretty good, but it was super hot out. I should have run trails to stay in the shade, this route is pretty much all exposed.
But still feeling strong. My leg hurt a little where I have the bruise from hockey. I panicked for a second when I started thinking I had somehow hurt myself running before remembering the slash and bruise.
I also went to the dentist this morning to fix a chipped filling. So my face was still numb when I started. So that was mildly weird.
