Notes

A bit quick for my first run back, but since I only have a month, I need to push it. Right now I'm basically training for the Feaster five, with baystate being a long run day. So I'll aim for 7 minute pace and actually not go out too fast this time. I don't want another boston. Signed up for boston. Kind of did it quick during work, so I hope I didn't mess anything up. Tomorrow I'm going to do a fartlek/tempo. Probably more fartlek. I also played soccer tonight, and didn't really sub. That is a lot of sprints, up and down the field, because I was midfield. I did score, but someone also stepped on my toe, which really hurts and is now black and blue. I don't think it will affect my running.
