Notes
Feel pretty woozy after this run. The temperature was weirdly high so it was a nice run in t shirt and shorts. The trails were extremely muddy in specific places. So that slowed me down a lot.
Shoe wise I think they did not handle well in this weather. They almost immediately soaked through, and because I had to avoid flooded trails I stepped on a fair amount of rocks, and these shoes defintiely let me know it. So probably would wear a more stable shoe in these conditions.
