Just guessing the times for wu/cd, as I lost my watch. For the intervals I used duffty and shanes times. Duffty ran 1006, and shane ran 1010 and I was somewhere in between. Our first mile was right at 5 and I was sticking with duffty, but then a car was going by and so I ran too close to the snow and slipped on some ice. I recovered but lost my groove so duffty gained on me. Worked the rest of the way to gain on duffty. The mile I went fast. I'm happy at my paces. Good workout. Lifted day one afterwards.
