I wanted to go far today, but when I got home there were severe thunderstorm warnings until 10 in all of mass. I've been stuck out in those before and with the fear of getting struck by lightning and the pain of hail and fast wind/rain, it is not worth it. Treadmill worked out though. i watched two episodes of the muppet show, an already excellent show made better by running and dehydration. I sweat a lot.
I should be getting tubes for my dads old bike tomorrow, so hopefully I can start biking this or next week. I'd like to add that as I build up, so that I'm less likely to get hurt. Also, I like biking, and I can go with my dad, which would keep him exercising. I still need to buy a new helmet and a third, just in case tube with a just in case pump. I'll do that later in the week.
