Not amazingly fast, but hills. Also my first "workout". Going to try and do one hills and one tempo a week. I figure you don't need much speed for a marathon, but killing yourself in a workout will get me used to dying at the end of the marathon. That being said, I was going to do 8-10 and stopped at 8. Plan on increasing to 10, and dropping the time slightly. Was trying to take it easier today, but went fast on a most of them. Happy with what I did. There is a hill on the cooldown which killed me. I guess I'll see how I feel tomorrow for a normal run. It's about a 80 ft incline, which was nice, in my opinion. Exact distance I wanted, and I'd be hardpressed to find anything much longer without driving to a mountain.
